Description
Make the Bell Lampshade using 5-6oz Veg Tanned leather and edged with a soft 3oz veg tanned leather. Hang the Bell Lampshade from the ceiling or a tall lamp stand, as the overall size of the lampshade is approximately 22cm wide and 18cm high.
We have kept the design simple, which allows you to add your leather crafting skills to this project. Wether your skill is pyrography, tooling, laser engraving, painting or other leather art forms, apply your skills to this Bell Lampshade to express your creativity and make this lampshade the centre-piece of your room.
If you are not a leather crafter, but still like this design, buy the pattern and asking your local leather crafter to make one for you. The pattern is easy to follow plus we have made a Video Tutorial to show exactly how it is made. The video tutorial can be found on YouTube @mprleatherworks.

Items required for this project:
- 5-6oz Veg Tanned leather ~2,10ft2
- 3oz Veg Tanned Leather ~0,2ft2
- Hole Punches: 1mm, 3.5mm, 5.0mm
- Sharp Knife, Mallet, Beveler, Burnisher
- Masking Tape
- Adhesive
- 2x Tubular Rivets 6-8mm
- 2x Snap Fasteners
- Electrical: cable, lamp holder, bulb (globe) for ceiling mounting.
- If making a desk lamp, add switch and wall plug.
- 1x Surface Mounted BC Batten Lamp Holder (some sources in Pattern PDF file)
